[Resolved]  Airtel — wrong plan activation

I was using 1599 plan and I ring to cc for for plan change 3600 hundred miuntes according to my use while roaming but cc activate other plan.nowI am in roaming also and call rate Is 1.50 who would pay this extra charge.i contact with cc but They have no solution and making me fool in spite lot of call specially team leader pardeep and many cc calls.i specially request him pl mention in notes my wrong plan activation .but he did not mention and mail to authority concern.i find when I next day call to cc.pl solve my problem and listen my recording how many time I call to cc and what will be solution. my mob no [protected] email bhatti.[protected]@gmail.com
