Airtel — wrong re-charge

I have wrongly recharged no.[protected] instead of [protected] for rs 399 through amazon pay reference number[protected].
Please do the needful.
I tried to recharge my no [protected] by amazon pay but i recharged no. [protected] by mistake.
Can i get my money back or recharge my no [protected]
Please help me to sort out my matter
I sent the mail to airtel but it was useless
Pls help...
