Airtel — Wrong recharge but Airtel not reversing the money.

I had done a recharge of Rs1499 on wrong airtel number thinking it’s a BSNL number through paytm and when i tried to call customer care of airtel they said they cant do anything as you have recharge from 3rd party app (Paytm) and you should have used our own app for recharge (Airtel thanks app).
Paytm on the other hand, is clearing stating on the app that this order has been successfully recharged by Airtel we will not be able to help you with the same.
I need reversal of this amount or i need this recharge amount to be transferred to my correct number of BSNL.
