I have ordered a fasttag for my car on airtel payments bank with trust and belief that, i will get it on expected timelines of 14- 16 days. I have ordered it on airtel thanks app on 29th of Sep 2020. I got a sms saying on 20th Oct that my fasttag is generated and shipped. On 24th Oct I got a delivery message from Airtel. But it never delivered to me. When I drop an email for the same they respond me again with a new shipping message, Since that, the status showed as "shipped" in airtel thanks app, but it is not delivered even after 1 week since the status is marked as "shipped". I called airtel bank customer care multiple times, mostly i got ivr message saying that all customer support execuitves will call you back but i never recieved any call. Every time they are replying me that this delay due to Covid situation as delivery of the non essentials are not deliverable, but i never got the fasttag till now. I have mailed the airtel bank support email id [protected]@airtelbank.com, pno, grievance. Officer etc, but it is of no use. Every time they are providing some ticket number (Upto now i got 3 ticket numbers (Re: FasTag not received [CASE:7293366] [CASE:7336533] [CASE:7396240]). Every time they provided some consignment number to track with dtdc courier (Consignment number - x[protected] with comments saying that the consignment number is ready for tracking in 1 - 2 working days, but i was never able to track the consignment number of indian post. Always i get no data found message, if i track in india. Post website. 400 number is totally waste as I never able to reach any customer care executive on this number. Only ivr says that we'll contact you. I am very frustated with this kind of delay / worst service provided by airtel payments bank. I started loosing trust in airtel. Can you please help to escalate this issue to some senior officer in airtel?
