Dear sir,
This is to inform you that on 8th may, 15:05 recharge was done from newly installed airtel app registered from number-[protected]. Mistakingly recharge was made on wrong number. Please reverse the recharge. Details are as follows:
Recharge done on wrong number-[protected]
Right number-[protected]
Amount-349
Note transaction ID is not known.

Please help me further

For my previous complain regarding wrong recharge, i got a call saying it's from airtel consumer complaint department from number-+[protected], asking me my card details to refund back money. He asked me for my CVv number to which i said no and said to note account detail to which he said that i need to email it to you. So i ask him to send a link from the consumer court account. But i guess that was a fraud call. Please assist me further.

I have ported my old Tata docomo no.
It's working and I can make calls too

But I am not able to make recharge on website as it says
[protected] is no a valid Airtel no.

What's going on

On 2 may 2017 I recharged with 399, offer showed unlimited call & 56 gb for 56 days. But M not getting this offer as they commited. While i can't connect to customer care service from my mobile.
Kindly check & resolve my problem.
