[Resolved]  Airtel — wrongly charged without providing proper information and confirmation

Im holding airtel number [protected] mumbai circle. I had activate 149/-international roaming pack from my airtel app. To my surprise after returning back i find whopping bill of 1970.18/-.
When inquired to 198 complaint number i get info that even one incoming call is to be received you are being charged for 1199/- + 649/- and 149/- (Actual activated).
If this was to be the case then why it is not clearly mentioned that if even u activate only 149/- any incoming calls will attract 1199/- +649/- charges also.
Airtel is just making fool of customers, we just take our phone to receive some important message to which we pay also, and we dont have control on incoming calls.. So its deemed that airtel is just gaining from malicious practice. From a single incoming call to which im being charged 1970/- so its very clear that its was hidden information and would not pay even single rupee for it.

My monthly usage and rental has been cleared of as regular i do but wont shell out single rupee for international roaming.

They can check my previous local usage and bill payments i was just throwing monthly rentals to airtel without optimum usage since it was a secondary number and also one of your employee had forced me to use your services, for only his sake of target i had opted mnp to airtel.

Airtel can deactivate my number if they want, it doesnt really matters to me but i will make it crystal clear to them not a single rupee payment would be done from my side for their malicious practice of looting customers.
