my Airtel fibre connection not working since last 25 days. twice complaint raised . customer care not connecting phone. complaints closed with out attending the issues . cable was burnt on 4th july today is 27th july. no of times we called local surat customer care . but they are not attended. simple they are sending msgs we are on job. will be resolved shortly for last 25 days stories. really very very poor service facility form Airtel fire in surat city. they are cheating public. every month demanding bills timely. but services was always interrupted. please dont take this type of connections . we are operating online jobs by mobile hotspots since last 25 days . now we are thining to get Geo connection is better than this . pl be aware of this type of fraud .
