Akkam Immigration — Akkam immigration - fraud & cheating company | |||||
I am arun vishwanathan and i paid rs. 70, 000 to akkam immigration in 2016 for my canada immigration. At the time of payment everything was fine and i was qualified alongwith my ielts score and everything. After 10 months of the payment i followed up with them and they said that you are not qualified as you don't have a degree from recognised university. How the hell one can be qualified at the time of payment and becomes not qualified after 10 months. They have really no knowledge of immigration or anything like that. They are just a bunch of young idiots pooled together to fool people like me. Now when i asked them to refund my money they blatantly denied to refund it. I have lodged an fir in police against them. And i am writing here to aware people not to get trapped with this fake company called akkam immigration. First of all who are you, we have no idea that you are a client of AKKAM. We have no records of you being our client.
If you are our client why is that you have never visited us nor written a single email asking for refund. According to our information you are an individual who is trying to make money by doing these fraudulent activities. We like to inform everyone who reads these inputs that we received a call on the number on our website from Mr Arun and his associates that if we pay to them they would remove the complaint.
Akkam would like to advice all reading this that social platforms are good medium to voice your opinions but then also have another side to it where frauds can find a medium of blackmailing companies or would tar their image. We have also filed a cyber complaint on Mr Arun Vishwahathan or who ever it is who has written the fraud complaint.

Same with us, I have akkam recepit, agreeement now they say we have opened the branch just now, it was Polaris not akkam Akkam Overseas Services Pvt Ltd is a Fraud company please don’t approach Akkam, cheated lot of people in Bangalore and many people filed case against Akkam, Hyderabad company Akkam know for fraud .Akkam open branch office in different location and change the name every year in order to collect money and fool people saying company has closed .They will sign agreement and provides receipt later they say it is not ours.i have filed case against Akkam Bangalore &Hyderbad

As part of Australia Immigration, I gave Akkam representative an amount of 60K in cash on Jan 10th and then on Jan 12th for some personal reasons we told them we want to discontinue their services and asked for refund. Note that by this time there was not even a case file created at their side as we didnt start the processing. But they refused to give back the money and gave one condition that if we find a replacement for them they will return the money. Now after 5 months they continue to say the same thing.
We don't have any close friends who are currently trying to immigrate anywhere and its not possible for strangers to contact or trust me when I ask them to enroll in their services so we cannot find replacement for them. I think its not right for them to expect us to find some candidate for them.
We are in a fix and we think its not right for somebody to hold consumers money when they are not availing or have ever availed any services from them. Please someone help me in this regard.
