This matter is very serious, their app ANT-MOBI keeps getting hanged in the middle of the trade because of which traders are not able to exit their position on time and it stops working and after 15-20 minutes it again starts working and we notice that all my profits have been converted in huge loss .. The support as well as the dealing desk number, no one answers the calls, I called them many times to inform them that the app has stopped working and I want to exit my position immediately but no calls are answered . I had raised a ticket on 8th of june, I have made all the videos of apo getting hanged and no one answering the calls and I had sent these videos to them as well as their CEO sidhavelayutham mohan, I also sent these videos to him expecting a solution but instead he blocked me on whatsapp, the same issue I again faced today and again I made all videos of it and sent to them but no one responded, so the company, company employees, company CEO all are completely aap utterly useless total fraud company .. [protected] this is the number of sidhavelayutham who blocked me .. Never open your account with this broker guys, I have proof of other traders also facing the same issue and all of them have to suffer huge losses because of their app getting hanged.. Totally shameless people .. Inspite of giving them all the proofs with videos still they say that there is no problem from their end and its the problem from traders end .. Bogus company totally fraud .. One of my uncle Mr Ajay Tyagi who is the chairman of SEBI, I will now have to notify him about all this as till now I DIDNT wanted to drag the matter long hoping to get a solution from ALICEBLUE but now I will do that surely .. 159506 client id

    I'm having a worst experience from alice blue karur branch, my account is inactive from few months so I wanted it to get activated and transfered it to bangalore branch but the people from karur branch I would mention the name Mr.Venkatesan from Alice Blue karur branch, he is not responding anything not even a single proper response from his side, he is just telling from past 2 weeks that he will activate and will let me know but I had no response then last week I again called him he told there will be a call from his tean regarding this again I called myself to him he is giving this useless response again and again.What is th solution for this??is this how they treat the client this creates a worst feeling towards Alice Blue.Can you tell what is the thing I should proceed with.Now I just wanted to close my account

      Myself priyam, i open a trading account (290307) and bdr account (mp179) for 60:40 brokerage ratio in april 2021. In june month brokerage genrate apprx.15000/- and my brokerage share 9000/- not credited by broker

          I had closed my account a few months back. Now when I want to open a fresh account using a referral I am getting message - "Already Registered Client!!!".

            My shares are not listing on my holdings. If i want to sell my shares it should be listed in the alice blue account holdings. This will cause a big loss for me.
            If i contact the customer care number there is no proper response on this, they simply said that we are facing this issue for more than 4 days and also they have no clue that when it will be resolved.

              My self Pratik from Navi Mumbai. I have an demat account(Client Code-119137) with alice blue. Today at around 09:15:11hrs, I had short 250 qty of Adaniports @ price 725 through MIS limit order and immediately order showing pending for validation status. Hence, I tried to cancel the same order several times but system hanged due to technical glitch in your system. When I tried to log in again @ around 12:00:00hrs and log in done successfully. But my account showed active position of adaniports ([protected]@Price-731.30) with -5500/- loss. To avoid further loss I closed my position @ price 751 immediately. So, I made loss of 4941.05 rs due to alice blue system technical glitch only.

              Hence, My request is to reimburse my loss of 4941.05 rs from Alice Blue India as it is only because of their system mistake.

              I have attached herewith screen shots of order details as a proof for your reference and waiting for your reply.

                Dear team,

                3rd may morning onwords Aliceblue account not opening, enter my team account not opening.9:30am onwords I am calling customer care number, not only number I called 4 number i called till 11:40 am no one picking the phone.
                Some days chart issue Wil be there . Totaly very bad service Alice blue .

                This is not first person me to complain.many people r complained.
                Till now they don't have shame .
                I think now I have to change my Demat account not other

                  I have added Rs. 5500 into my trading account on April 13, 2021 and amount got deducted from my bank, but not credited to my trading account. When I approached bank and UPI from where the transaction is done, they told amount has been credited to Aliceblue. I have sent a mail to Aliceblue regarding the same and I got a reply from them that transaction is "pending from bank". Again, I have sent a mail to Aliceblue with attachment of proof regarding the transaction, but there is no response from them till now. Their customer care number is not working. Can anyone tell me what further can be done? May Aliceblue user ID is AB167788

                    I have added 17000 into my trading account on April 6 2021
                    Amount got deducted from my bank.
                    But it is not added to my trading account .
                    This is the second time it has happened.
                    Previously I have lost 17000 by adding to the account, I raised ticket but I never got my money back.
                    Please let me know how I can get back my money.

                      I just opened my account with aliceblue. I only deposit 100 for checking purpose. I buy share. Because of holidays I didn't check account. But I check my account now then I get realise, my one share is not shown in-app and added money also in minus.

                          I purchased Century tex 500 qty on 04.03.2021, which was visible on 05.03.2021 has got removed from login on 08.03.2021

                          When I contacted Alice blue on 08.03.2021, Madan informed me that my documents of POA not updated, then after 5 min when i called again Randir Kr said there is system error / technical issues in Alice Blue.

                          Last week I complaint order discrepancy in my TCS orders. Alice Blue not responded on the complaints yet. They are either hiding or not ethical in their dealing

                                      Its worst support from the customer care and branch.

                                      I have applied for Demat account on 2nd dec 2020, but still not activated and no one contacted me nor picking my calls .

                                      6times i have uploaded my aadhar card, 6 times got rejected don't know why?? Soft copy also uploaded still rejected

                                      Requested call back almost 15 times, but no one called me

                                      And finally customer care gave 2 contact numbers to contact
                                      Those numbers as are follows

                                      2)[protected]

                                      Tried to contact these numbers for 6 days, first number then don't pick my call, other number is switched off.

                                      Now please reverse my money rs 500 which was collected during application process, as I felt your guys can't able to open the account and your least bother about .
