Hello my name is vinamra my ID is AB030492. Yesterday mean on 20th april 2020 i had balance of 327 rs in my aliceblue account.I traded yesterday and took loss after final settlement the final bill was -82.17 rs. Then 327-82.17 rs there should be 244.83 rs but now my account showing 91.16rs. what is this issue. please get resolve asap

      My shares are not listing on my holdings. If i want to sell my shares it should be listed in the alice blue account holdings. This will cause a big loss for me.
      If i contact the customer care number there is no proper response on this, they simply said that we are facing this issue for more than 4 days and also they have no clue that when it will be resolved.

        Hi..
        On 20th feb 2020.. They have placed crudeoil normal order in my account even there is no margin amount in my account. Next day i have shocked. My profile shows margin used 44430.. But my account balance was only 6952 rs.. Then how can i place normal order. Next day once market opened negative and they have squared off themselves. And made me loss 9300 rs. I called their customer support continues for two days but nobody answer me.. Again i tried to get them and sent mail about this they have closed my complaint as this our website crake so we are not responsble and we can't refund.

        My question is...
        1, i have a small margin only (6952rs) how can they place normal order for (44430rs)
        2, company not mine, website/application not mine, mistake not mine then why i need to go for loss.
        3, they made loss 9300rs and took already from my account 6952rs and still my account in debit -2400rs.

        My big mistake is opened account with this company. They are cheating me... So kindly please nobody don't go them to open account..

          My amount was deducted from account after trading in crude oil. I traded intraday with ₹10000 in my account 1 lot of crude oil on 20th feb at about 2200 hrs & i got was suppose to get ₹ 1320 by 2345 hrs but the trade was carried away for nxt day where the market got reversed & instead of profit they took away all balance in my account. When speaking to customer care they are irresponsible.
          The worst broker i have seen. Pl don't open account with this alice blue or else you will loose capital

            I have 30000 rs in my Demat account. on the Thursday, I have earned something around 15000 rs on Friday 20th. I have taken the crude oil of 5 lots on February 20th in the cover order but the trade has to be closed on the same day but Alice Blue India had closed the next day . Because of closing the next day, i have lost everything in my Demat account and when asked about this, they said the management has decided not to refund the amount.

            Please help us in regards to get the amount in the Demat account

            Dear Traders,

            We are extremely sorry about the issues that you faced on 20th Feb 2020 on our trading platforms.

            Usually all MIS, BO, CO positions Square off should happen before 11:40PM by client end also unfortunately our RMS auto square off was also not executed the trades at that time and it has been squared off next day opening bell.

            We have identified what caused issue and hopefully should not repeat going forward.

            Looking forward for your kind co-operation on this regards!!!

            As admitting that their fault of closing the next day and not refunding the amount which is 30000 rs +15000 rs. Please take severe action against these people for making the mistake from their end and not returning the amount.

              This is to bring it to your kind notice i made a mistake of choosing alice blue trading platform. 0% support from the so called franchise people based in madurai.. Lethogical reply or no reply from branch people... For past 10 days trying my best to get clarity on their trade platforms after opening my account with them... No use.. Till account opening i got so many calls after opening not even one call!! So my sincere advice not to choose alice blue for trading (That too madurai branch strick no!!!) disappointed alice blue customer id ab07050. (P. S now i understood the value of my other trading platform which i am using past one year they are 200% professional from day one)

                The above mention broker has deducted my amount from my account on technical ground.
                I placed a intraday order in crude at about 2230 hrs in night with a margin of nearly 10000 and the order was suppose to be auto squre off by 2330 hrs but it didn't happen instead the trade was automatically for next day & the nxt day market fell. The next day a bill came with rs 389045 dr. When i approached customer care that the issue will be resolved soon. But the issue so far not resolved. My account is still zero

                  I had bought crudeoil 7 lot avg price 3911 in mis on 20 feb.
                  But the position was not squared off the same day. I had around 50k in my account that time.
                  Next day it was again showing as nrml.
                  But i had not converted it to nrml.
                  It was sold with huge loss, i thought this is because the site was not updated. But now my demat account shows negative 15k
                  This is fraud. How can they convert mis to nrml and clear all my money from trading account.

                  I want this to get resolved asap.
                  Closing price on 20 feb was 3904. It should have been squared off atleast at the closing price.
                  But all my money in trading account was gone with now showing negative 15k.

                      I was trading in crudeoil i had approx 25000 rs magin in my account i bought 2 lot of crudeoil in mis and i left,
                      that 2 lot must be auto squareoff at 11:30/45 but it didn't .
                      and next day after 17:00 it shown me 2 sell order complited.
                      i did not place ane sell order.
                      rs 17000 (approx) has been stolen from my account.
                      because it was not possible to buy 2 lot in NRML with the margin of 25000.
                      and if it was a MIS order then it should be auto squareoff at 11:30/45.
                      please resolve this as early as possible..

                      This happened with me also, same day same issue with Alice Blue, I had bought 7 lots of crudeoil in MIS, it did not square off and it was sold next day with huge loss automatically.
                      I did not had enough money for normal so took in MIS but it did not square of and fraud of more than 50 k was done.

                      As they wantedly didn't close on same day and closed on the next day. As the same thing happened with me also. I have lost something around 45000 rs from my demat account. I request each and everyone will fight against it until we receive the amount with compensation.

                        No one ever picks up the customer care call. Whenever we need them to help us take action they wont be available. Worst service and no even gives a damn about us. All are here to do business thats all and no one cares about customers. No other broker firm customer care does like this. Everyone responds expect for this bloody # company. All they do is lie.

                          I got my trading account AB044136 22.10.2019 and it is 9.11.2019 17 days over demat Account has not been opened. contacted banglore branch they told contact nagpur branch after contacted nagpur branch they told that it will take another 15 days. i want to close my account and want my money back.
                          I traded in MCX and made a profit of 3k.
                          But after all the charges I received only 425 Rs which is totally unfair to me.

                          I feel looted :(

                          I don't recommend this brokerage firm.

                            Recently opened account in aliceblue and since friday 6 sep 2019 had a problem with aliceblue app called ant and trade was placed by me but wasnt able to sell by god grace it got exit with 2.3k profits. Again on 11sep2019 trade got active without my permission and was unable to sell and wiped out my entire amount from account lost around 12k from these two days.                             Actually I am a subbrokers from Alice blue sathish they are telling I have done wrong orders for many clients .but I have not done any orders from the terminal simply they are telling fake complaints I done 92 crores volume this time they are simply blocking one of the cheating company in India
                            Never ever deal with this [censored]er alice blue trading platform ..and its employee are totally shameless and fraud with people and doing huge loss of our money in trading calls and pms service..after that they dnt recieve call and dnt close my demate acount and dnt repl my lots of mails
                            They give best margin but they will deduct from your saying late payment like Lot of hidden charges. No response to mails and no one give proper answer i[censored] call to help desk. I escalated to aliceblue Griviliance and mgmt but no response.. Useless app it won't work 90℅ of the time. So it recommended to open account with aliceblue.

                              B4 2days ago i had proceed online for new account openining with yr site (Which i got through mail) www. Aliceblueonline.com.. My process stage no 1 to 6 completed and last stage of esign not openining after too much attempt..

                              My account opening charge rs 310/ is already accepted buy yr website and got confirmation about this on my mail. (And also cross confirmation with my bank also)..

                              I call at mumbai branch so may times but issue still pending... After talk with one person he gives me another no to talk... After talk with that another person he gives another no. To talk and still i strugggle from here to there and issues is still there

                                I have done all the account opening formalities last week week online, i received the signed copy of the same via email. From that day onwards there is no response or any mail nor a call from alice blue, it feels to me like they are a big fraud company,
                                When i asked them via mail they said my application is pending with pune branch, on asking pune branch they said my application is with mumbai branch, also they refused to give me any contact number on whom i could contact,
                                Such a pathetic service it is.

                                  Hi, i started trading 20 days back and things were working well untill yesterday as there is some glitch in the application as the avg buying price displayed in the application is always less then the actual price due to which the shares are sold in losses.

                                  For example :
                                  Purchased fno for yes bank
                                  Day 1 - 4400 shares @ 2.09
                                  Day 2 - 2200 shares @ 0.60

                                  So my actual avg price is 1.317 but in application it showed me 0.75 approx due to which i sold it at 0.89 thinking that it is now in profit. But in real was in a loss of inr 4500 approx.

                                  Who is going to pay these losses...? Cant understand.
                                  Completely pathetic application as well as services.

                                  When connected to customer care he said i will share a number via sms which i did not received till today. Its been 4 days.

                                      My client ID is mn10082 by lots of phone calls and emails they don't activate my equity cash sagement it takes maore than month when we call they told it resolve within 30 minutes but it's a more than month not resolved they send me emails and tell me please contact your nagpur branch when I called nagpur branch they told me contact head branch since more than month they can not give me proper answer they also put wrong customer care numbers on web site.

                                        Mene kal alice blue me cruid ka trade lagaya 41120 me buy ka sl 4000 and tgt 4165 ka after 2 second me trade 4119 me sale ho gaya aisa 4 baar hua and fir mene zinc buy ke liye bola to table desk me jo baitha tha usne almunium buy kar diya ye company fraud compnay hae inlogo ko trade lagaana hi nahi aata kal ka mera total profit 7600 tha jiska muje only 2209/- mile baaki ka inhone brokrage ka nikal diya jabki itni brokrage hoti bhi nahi hae ye log wrong trade jaan buj ke daalke apna brokrage badate hae jo loss hota hae wo customer jaane. Pls not open demat ac in this alice blue. Mere ek bina bole trade me 12500 ka loss kar diya yadi company mera 12500 return nahi karegi i will complaints in sebi. Bhul se bhi is company me demat open na kare ye log apna brokrage badane ke liye clint ka loss karwa dete hae bina bole trade laga dete hae mere sath aise 5-6 baar ho gaya hae. Mene jo kal 21/3/19 ko jo trade lagaya hae jo just 2 second me squroff ho gaya uska details niche de raha hu aap chek kar sakte hae.

                                        Sir aaj bhi mera wrong trade ka wajah se loss hua hae mera 2tymes wrong trade laga hae bank nifty 29800 ka buy bola 29700 ka buy kiya and gold mini buy kiya hua tha usko sale ke liye bola aur us position ko sell karne ki jagah dusra sell kar diya 600/- ka loss kiya. I want to refund my money with brokrage and taxes other wise i will do complaint in sebi department

                                        Meri problem ka solution nahi hua hae aaj fir bank nifty 29800 ka buy ka bola 29700 ka buy kar diya. Gold mini ka buy tha usko sell karne ke liye bola dusra 1 lot mini sell kar diya. Aaj mera 600/- ka wrong trade ke karan loss karwa diya
