Hello there,

My name is R.Ravikumar and my id: BY1140, I hope that this company will provide me a good service. but yesterday incident changed my thoughts about the services. I took position yesterday but some network issue I can't able to square off my position, so I panicked and call to customer care but there is no response from your side for trying more than 2 hours, every time if I tried to contact only Hindi and Telugu employee only picking the call map my id with agent who knows Tamil I really fed up with your company.

kindly provide the compensation for yesterday loss that as been done by your improper response and worst service.

    I m kiran n barve my client code mpn392, will take 2 position on date of 6/3/2019.
    1. Wipro stock future 1 lot in mis order at 282.65 but that position will not executd on same day for some ur system problem. And that position will execute today 7/3/2019 in more loss so who bared that loss
    2. Banknifty 27700ce 14 jan 2 lot at 168.70 and will put tgt 198.00 but still it is in my current position even the tgt will achieve yesterday then how can it is in my position currently.

        I have opened an account (User id – ca068) in alice blue chennai, alwarpet branch on 27/03/2014 with rs. 25000/- axis bank cheque (No. 346693). The account is opened to do equity share trading basis the promise provided daily give tips. However daily tips is not provided. Hence i called upon the office proper response and tips are not provided. I don’t want to continue the trading in alice blue. Hence i sent a mail regarding account closing to [protected]@aliceblue.com and [protected]@aliceblueindia.com on nov. 2014. I have not received revert yet. Hence i met with the manager in person. As per manager saravanan, account should not be closed, the amount has to be subtracted by doing share trading. Due to my financial problems, i have not done share trading.

        Last month sep 2018, i received a call from selvarani ([protected], [protected]) representing alice blue. She stated that id proof (Pan card, aadhar card and cancelled cheque leaf are required for equity trading for which my details are unavailable. She send the new joining application from. I resent the form by singing it with 2 copies pan card, aadhar card, 3 months bank statement and cancelled cheque leaf and two photos, all are self attested.

        Once again i received a call from selvarani on 10 oct 2018 requesting kyc details. I got a doubt and enquired that kyc details are already available with them. She replied that commodity & equity trading of alice blue got splitted into two separate companies. Zebu trading is doing commodity and alice blue is doing equity. Selvarani is representing alice blue, she stated that all my details are available with zebu. I requested her to provide contact number of zebu company. She is unaware and asked me to get it from online. Hence my doubt increased and asked her managers contact number, she provided as [protected]. I tried this number which is unattended.

        I got zebu’s contact number from net which contacted zebus support team (They provided savithri contact number ([protected]) as their representative in mylapore branch. As per the conversation with savithri all my kyc details are available; however my account balance is nil. I got shocked to hear this and enquired the reason for nil balance. I have not received proper response stating that mylapore branch does not have those details and it needs to be enquired with head office, then she disconnected the call.

            Rain industries ltd hyderabad has sent me a shipment (Courier) with waybill no.[protected]. The blue dart tracking site shows that the status as 'shipment out for delivery' and expected delivery date shows '18 october 2018'
            A call to call center[protected] all the times either do not answer or goes busy. The 'write to us' option ends with 'delivery has failed to these recipients or groups'
            Really wonder how to deal with this situation.

              1. I opened a trading account with alice blue, erode branch in jun18.
              2. I was told before opening the account that they have software for trading for apple laptop, however after opening the account, i was told that i have to use web based site of alice blue (Ant) to do trading. The site itself has been so pathetic that i couldnot reset the original password for login and trading (Given by the company). Even the company staff tried the same but could not assist me since they were also clueless.
              3. The was no interaction with the company for quite some time, then on one fine day in aug2018, i get a msg from a company employee, mr vijay asking for rs 1000/- which he needed for his medical expenses. I spoke to the branch manager, erode branch but no action was taken. Then i reported the matter to their corporate office, bengaluru, who on their own closed the complaint.
              4. I have sent another email to the company if no reply is received, i will be filing a complaint against the company with sebi.

                I am having franchisee with alice blue from 4 yrs.. I won't recommend any one with alice blue because there is no service from customer care even after so many mails or calls. They won't feel responsible for the service. There won't be any calls before changing their system. Worst company in stock market companies. They won't feel to resolve the issue. My client transfer some amount in to his account, while sending it showed your amount is in equity but was unable to place the orders.. After chasing them for 1 month they says that your kyc is not updated that's why your account is blocked for equty.. And we had sent a closer form in the month of march and till today we are following to get back amount and for the closer... There is no response... The people who are sitting in the office are just enjoying by putting customers in to problems. Worthless company

                    I have been holding an account with alice blue for the last 18 months but service levels are not to the mark. There is no response from the branch manager and there seems to be take it easy attitude. This forced me to surrender my account with them and i had already quitted. I would also recommed people not to entertain them in future.
                    Also, this mail is not written in any intention, just to create an awarness to he new client and existing.

                      Recently i checking my contract and mails in that i am getting zebu. So i called and asking a support call is not picking by anyone.

                      I am having account in Alice Blue securities pvt Ltd.

                      Recently I checking my contract and mails in that I am getting zebu.so I called and asking a support call is not picking by anyone.

                      Now they are started to come on new way to cheat us be aware of it
                      Myself hariharan. I was worked under above company from November 2015 to november 2017.

                      Company had deducted 2500 rupees every month from Apr 2016 to Apr 2017.

                      12×2500 = 30000.
                      Company part ?

                      But still now ledger balance in my PF portal is 14500
                      Payout portal not user friendly

                        On 21st April 2017, I called company operator to put one bid on my behalf for selling out 1 lot (5000 Shares) of DLF Apri Futurel @175.80. I received confirmatory SMS also for the sale. Later, I called again for confirming personally. But, he informed me that the same DLF April Future is standing in my ledger @175.90. This got confirmed on receipt of Contract note. Question is when I got confirmed SMS for sale of this stock in the morning, then how it came in my ledger again without permission from my end. How he can sale one more lot with my consent. My repeated calls and emails to the company went unanswered. and finally, on expiry, i incurred a huge loss of 69, 500/-. Kindly help me with guidance on how to proceed in getting back my misused fund from this company.

                          My Trading acc no OR 121 is operating at BBSR . He, ABHIMANYU JENA is not refunding the brokerage share to me as agreed since last 4 months . I have given you lakhs of brokerage amount since last 4 years.

                          I have no other option than to change your company unless you teach a lesson to the crook ABHIMANYU JENA.

                          why are you not trying cheap broker.. i am trading with a broker they never charge anything except Rs 9/trade brokrage. There is no any hidden charges. I[censored] like to trade with broker then text me i will give you detail about this broker and service. it is better to trade with cheap broker bcz a lot of profit paid by a trader as brokrage. Trade online with yyour convenience, they never trade without consent. Simply save and trade as well. Mail me contact detail ([protected]@gmail.com) if any problem. Good thing is that for limited time ac opening is free also.. ac will be activated within 48 hrs after reciving the form.

                            No one will pick up in the support desk number till 9: 15 am in the morning, purpose fully so many people have invested money on this company with respect to stock market one of the pathetic service i have seen . in the software brokerages charges will be showed differently and but they charge indifferently customers be ware before opening an account with this fraud company .

                              Service is not good at branch in North Boag Road. Service person does not pick the call when I try to call them at morning around 9.30 am. They did not know how to solve problems regarding to software issues. who know well about software. I am not satisfy in your chart pattern. It does not show accurate point in trade. It takes 1 minute interval. So we can, t know what happened in this 1 minute interval. Kindly close the your company and mostly cheating.

                                At the end of November, I received a call from Mr.Amanullah from Marketing division who insisted me to provide referrals and said I would receive 50% of the payment received towards the plan/brokerage. I referred one, and till date, after repeated calls, I have not received any. Today when I called the support number[protected], she said that I should have an email or some proof as I have referred him. This was one thing which the guy said that just an SMS of the client's number is enough. Now they ask for an email or other proofs. Further they say that they would not be able to support these kind of issues that happened over the other branch.

                                All these guys who were operating at T.Nagar branch are not working now with this company because they have already opened another company for Commodity trading as and while they were working with AliceBlue. They have screwed T.Nagar clients as they are about to leave. But neither the company is worried or cared about.

                                  I opened an account with AliceBlue and was running a plan where I am supposed to pay Rs.5000 monthly which incurs zero brokerage for FAO segment. Last December after flood in Chennai I was unable to trade for few days and I called up the support team to extend my plan for few days. He advised me that the plan cannot be extended instead he offered me time to pay with 15th Dec where my account would run under the same plan due renewal on 3rd of January as every month. I accepted that and continued trading. I called the support team on 15th and informed to deduct 5000 from my account towards the plan. They did not deduct after calling them everyday advicing the same. On 27th, they made a huge debit and said that this plan is not available in that branch. But the same plan is still operational in other branches. When I enquired Mr.Selvakrishnan literally argued with me over phone and said that he will not return my funds back. I made a complaint on the same and sent an email to 10 guys which includes the CEO, Velachery branch, Chennai branch, Mr Narayanan from Velachery etc. Inspite of repeated calls and requests they have not replied or solved my issue. The are a fraudulent company who serve the customer for few months and take money with no prior information. Now they say that they have moved/merged their operations with Velachery and we have to contact them for any further complaints or requests. If we call them, they only say that they aren't aware of the policies and happenings at the T.Nagar branch and just skip that they would not be able to address them. I received no reply from the CEO as well. They welcome the client offering good plans and they never ever keep the word.

                                    I worked in this company for 1 month during January 2013. I have to get releived from the company due to an emergency and I gave proper notification to the management and also they promised to give my salary. During this time I worked with the company I was was harnessed mentally and ill treated very badly by the director of the company Vijayakumar V. He asks the employees to work for 7 days. I also have the mail conversation where he first committed to pay the salary and later denied it. He treats the employees like slave and there has been a HR executive Anandhi.R in the Chennai, Velachery office of Alice blue who works as a spy for Vijayakumar V. Empoyees are mentally tortured and harassed. I never knew that such a complaint forum was there to help the victims. I only came to know about this forum recently. Please take necessary action against this company and help me get my compensation for all the ill treatment and harassment I suffered.

                                      I have opened a demat account ( ZK02PK3) long back.I wanted to close my account and I have sent even mail for account closure but nothing has happened and I dont have any confirmation from them for closure.                                         I have opened an account with aliceblue vide customer code: CR045 and I have deposited Rs.2, 50, 000/- (Rupees Two lakh fifty thousand only) on 28/07/2014 and the person who took the effort to make me invest (Mr. Silambarasan) promised that I will be surely getting around Rs.12, 000/- to Rs.20, 000/- per month from the amount I invested as profit out of it. Of course, to our surprise, I have been informed that Rs.10, 000/- profit amount has been credited to my bank account with IOB on 07/08/2014 along with Rs.1, 00, 000/- which needs to be diverted to Commodities trading. So, I have taken Rs.10, 000/- from my account and given a cheque for Rs.1, 00, 000/- in favour of aliceblue commodities and securities. On 23/09/2014, on my request, Rs.70, 000/- has been creditied to my account which I wanted to take off from the aliceblue investment. So, as per the records, 1, 80, 000/- (Rupees One lakh eighty thousand only) is continued to be kept with aliceblue for investment and to make income out of it via trading. As I am not aware of trading, I could not able to understand anything out of the pivot table or margin export contract note being forwarded by aliceblue to my mail id. I used to contact Mr. Silambarasan through my husband, and he used to tell us that market is not in good position to get profit and we used to say that profit is not necessary but our investment should not be lost. Whenever we enquire, we used to be informed that trading going on loss and the same will be recovered surely without any loss to the principle amount invested. I have insisted for withdrawing the amount which we invested but we have been advised to continue with the same without taking the money and he (Mr. Silambarasan) promised that the principle will be recovered soon. But to our shock, we got the statement from MCX and NSE showed that almost 50% of the principle amount i.e. Rs.90, 000/- has been lost by the unhealthy trading done by aliceblue employees. I need to inform that I will not keep quiet by giving my investment just like that. I want all my investment to be returned to me without any loss, otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. In this place, I would like to inform that on opening my account with aliceblue, an official User ID and Password given to me but to my shock, it is not working and I think that user ID and password of mine is being used by the person trading for aliceblue without my consent or approval. Expecting favourable reply from aliceblue.
