I am a senior citizen my debit card expired on 9/18. I sent the card through my representative with authority letter for renewal. Instead i was asked to fill a farm for lost card further i was asked to appear in person which i did on 2 november 2018. Now i was asked to fill an application for issue new of debit card which i did. On submission of this application i am told that card will be post to my registered address.

As per rbi instructions senior citizen is supposed to be attented at priority. But here the staff was rude and non communicative required prodding to get response.

Further i learnt that renewal of debit card is automatic. I was therefore unnessarily harrassed. I’m unable to use my atm card for past one month. Sb acct no [protected].

With due respect, i would would like to inform you that, i am facing a problem with my account since 3 months. I am unable to withdraw money from both bank account and atm. When i opened an account in allahabad bank, i was asked to deposit rs 1000.00, since then i am facing the problem. My ac - [protected].

I have given a cheque of Rs 11675 to LIC but the same is returned by the bank today i.e. on 29.10.2018 due to non availability of signature on the bank portal.

Bank has deducted Rs. 236 due to the above reason for the wrong done by your Dharuhera Branch. I am not liable to pay for the bank fault.

Pl refund the above amount because this is not my fault.

I have withdrawn 3400 rs through sbi atm indrapuri indore but money did not pay to me there are some technical problems and my transaction is cancelled but after some time 3400 rs are deducted my a/c balance but not to pay me so pls take early action and refund the same amount in my bank account

On 29th october i used icici atm khasra no293104 opp s and on the screen showed invalid transaction or account and slip gets out reading the same thing but after 5 minutes ₹1000 got debited from my account. After me one person did the transaction and no case of fraud is there. The account is registered by my namme kumar deval. Plz help me out i am in great need of money.

I have go to nearest (Union bank of india) ubi atm to withdraw a cash of rs. 6500.
We have put the pin amount in atm machine amount debited from my saving account but cash didn't out from atm machine due to the connectivity is go off on 20/10/2018 at 7: 10 pm about.

On 26 oct i visited allahabad bank khajpura near jagdeo path more patna bihar branch for opening new sb account, i contacted account opening related officer, he flatly refused to open new account and further told me that due to honrable supreme court order related to aadhar is reason behind not opening account. This is very bad experience, how bank official are trying to make full, please raise this issue to higher labels so that action should initiated angainst such irrant official.

We have go to nearest SBI ATM to withdraw a cash of 10000.

It is mission row branch of allahabad bank, where they do not prefer to update passbooks of both their own branch customers as well as of other branches. Is there any rule that the other branch's customers' passbooks will be updated post 10th of every calender month!!! Or it it the rule circulated by the concerned lady staff, whose attitude is the most careless...
Today also i have visited the branch twice but she gave the excuse that the concern staff who does that particular job, was not there in the branch however, the last time also she did it...
I don't think that this is the error of the entire branch but the other staffs were along with her were too much busy in gossiping!!! This is the reason why the public feel dissatisfied with the nationalized bank!!!
I have borrowed home loan from your esteemed bank, eager to shift the entire relationship with you this is the callous service that you are offering.
Hope my concern will be taken care of & i will get the revert accordingly.
Needless to say that it will affect your reputation if anybody publishes the same in social media...

Dear sir, mera account allahabad bank branch biwar hamirpur up me hai mai pichle 4 din se paise nikalne ja rahu par ve mujhe 1-1 rupaye sikke har bar de rahe hai jo mujhe nahi chahiye mai aaj bhi 1500 rupaye nikalne gaya par vo mujhe 1-1 rupye ke sikke de rahe maine reqiest ki par nahi diya maine kaha ye to paresan kane vali bat ho gayi maine kaye bar kaha uhnone nahi diya

Sir i pay 500 rupees as a fee o[censored]ptet form. I put all the details of my debit card and after that i get the otp too. But after filling all the details the network was gone and network error was appeared on my desktop. Balance was deducted from my account and form was not submitted successfully. I waited five days after that i put an application in my home branch but i still my money is not refunded. Kindly take this issue seriously.

Senier manager has joined today and he is saying there is no work done by me on any transaction related problems and he is saying you can come after 1 month then i told you what to do or what not to do... This is totally unfavourable related to common people. Cheif manager is very rude and he is not dealing people in a right manner. He always run a common man

Dear sir
This is to inform you that my husband late shri sunil kumar gupta (Pf-16399) was posted at allahabad bank, service branch, new delhi as swo b. He expired on 12/07/2015 after fighting with myelofibrosis (A rare type of blood cancer) for six years. I, suman lata gupta w/o of late sh. Sunil kumar gupta submitted an application for job on compensate grounds in august 2015 for my son, for which there was no response from their corporate office for a very long time period. After contacting the service branch myself, a copy of corporate office letter was provided to me on 20th january 2018 and i came to know that my request for appointment on compensate ground has been declined. which is very surprising that it took the bank almost 2.5 years to take a decision and the bank did not even informed me on their own which was their duty at the first place.

After that i applied for ex-gratia on 02/02/2018. I submitted an application to allahabad bank, service branch, new delhi. I got no response, so i gave reminder to the service branch on 12/04/2018, still i got no response from the bank. I sent an email to their service branch on 25/06/2018 and same mail was forwarded again on 02/07/2018 as reminder. a fresh mail sent on 12/08/2018 and still no response. i am really fed up of all this negligence from their side and waiting endlessly for my right. this is harassment to a widow lady.

After that i sent an application to sort information under rti act.2005 to allahabad bank, zonal office, new delhi to know the action taken on my applications on 13/08/2018. I received the information from zonal office, new delhi that my application has been forwarded to terminus dues section, head office on 02/05/2018 and same application was forwarded further on 13/09/2018 there by service branch again, still no action was taken from head office. Kindly look into the matter and take serious action against the staff responsible for this harassment so that this would not be repeated in future and no one else will face that which i have been facing from a long time.

I kindly request you to take this matter in your hands as i am entitled for ex-gratia as no job was provided on basis of compensate ground to my child and order the bank to provide me the ex-gratia as soon as possible as per my entitlement with interest at the rate of 14 percent for delayed time period from september 2015 as it is fault on banks part as they did not inform me so that i could have applied for ex-gratia earlier and when i applied they further delaying this for no reason. Hoping for your quick action and justice.

I have a savings account in allahabad bank. I have done a fixed deposit worth 1000000 in the bank whose interest was supposed to be credited monthly in my account.
