Through this plateform, I would like to share my feedback on the bad experience with the Bank official, not only once but all the occasions, i met with him.
The person concerned does not know how to behave with the customers (not only with me but whoever interact with him as a customer). I wioold like to narrate 3 different occasiosn, interaction with him,
1) Requested him to provide cheque clearance details of 2 instrument, debited to my account. So called senior manager operation, very rudely told me to pay Rs 112 per instrument for the job. Upon requesting for the circular/ justification, again rudely told to check the same at bank site through interanet. Cant expect such bad behaviour from such a senior officer.
2) Enteries done in my Passbook was not carrying details between May-08 to August 08. passbook showing Rs 60K balance in May month was showing much lesser account in august entry ( the next one). Upon asking for the details, he refer me to a bundle/bunch of thousands of dot matrix printout spared on a table to find out my account satatment. Not even bothered to look at me or hear me. Bitter expperience of ill bahavior.
Every visitor, interact with him is essentially having same bad taste of experience. We dont know if bank having any set norms to train their staff on behavioral aspects if yes then i have a great doubyt on the quality of training. Also if bank do any such audit on customer experience while interaction? If yes then again I have serioud doubt if the system is working properly ? How such ill mannered and ill behavior person can be appointed and act as a Senior manager- operation?

Perhaps thats the reasons more and more customers want to deal with pivate banks or switch over to PNB/ SBI where they are better treated.

Now by using your plateform, i would like to request top management viz respected MD and chairman of Allahabad bank to enquire into the feedback and take corrective action to avoid such incidents where the reputation and goodwil of institution are on stake.

    Dear sir,
    I Dipankar Ghaosh have a saving bank account with Allahabad Bank ( Thana Makuah, Howrah Branch). My ccaount number is SB 7196. Today[protected] at 10 AM I went to the bank for cash withdrawal. The responsible person has given me a token bearing number 4 and said me to come after 1 PM. Then I went to The Branch Manager and he also replied in the same way. The token is still with me and passsbook is with the bank.

      Respected sir,
      Seeing the reputation and covrage of your esteemed banking system i approached to the bank manager, Allahabad Bank Bidupur, Vaishali Bihar but the Bank Manager did not notice it while iwanted to know more about the process of account opening .For the third time in the same day i was before him .After having a glance on me he pointed his fingure towards the guard and rebuked me with silly words .Even after i was standing there, he scolded me and say get lost from here and never come to my bank.Not simply this he even told me "Do takke ki aukad nahin, 1000 Rs. kahan se laoge khata kholne ke liye"While it was displayed on the notice board merely with 250 Rs. one can open his account.
      This is rediculous .I was suggested by some bank officials of the same bank to go to media but denied and writing to you for the proper guidance.

      Dear sir,

      It is very sad to say that day by day "Allabahad Bank" is getting irresponsible
      in respect to customer service.
      I had a A/c in Purnia, which i wanted to close.In connection to that i sended an application
      with Pass-book on[protected].Yet i didn't received the balance to my Muzaffarpur Allabahad bank
      (Kanhauli Branch).I communicated with the Purnia(allabahad bank) Branch Manager they say that we have sended the balance and your A/c is closed.Here in Muzaffarpur (Allabahad Bank) Branch manager say that we didn't received any balance.Now tell me who is resposible for this.Plz solve my problem.

        Sir,
        My father "K.D.Arhatia" and mother "Smt. K. Tara" was having a fixed deposit at Allahabad Bank, Sitamari, Bihar branch. My father passed away before the maturity of this deposit on 06.12.82. After my father's death we moved to Varanasi. My mother sent several letters to bank to pay the amount to her. But, we didn't get any response. We made few calls to the bank and they told us that they are not able to trace this deposit. Also my mother's health condition was not good to go back to Sitamari to get it settled. Unfortunately, my mother also passed away on 26.12.08. So, I request bank to pay the amount to me.
        But, I din't get any response from the bank. Kindly help me on getting my money which is already matured a long bank.

        i have deposit 300 rs. to the allahabad bank for the post of clerk to the account no.[protected] with kolkata main brance but here the probem is jenrate the online form not submit my form . i have fill all the blank places but the form give me error that "you can not select the furthre date for deposit"
        so plese give me reson and give me complete solustion for the my problem.

          Sir/Madam,
          The branch of Allahabad Bank at Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt refused us to give an Education Loan of Rs.7 lac . My daughter has been selected at Amity, Noida with which Allahabad Bank has a tie-up. But, the Loan Manager Mr. R.K. Barara of Ambala Cantt branch refused not only for the loan but also about the tie-up. It is mentioned on there website that for loan from 4 upto 7.5 lac only co-obligation is required, no morgage is required. He told us to morgage any property but we do not have any. We also asked him if he could sanction a loan of Rs.4 lac, but he refused for that as well. Sir, i would also like to bring this to your notice that it is my salaried bank.

            I have submitted a cheque of Rs. 60, 000.00 of ICICI Ashok Nagar Indore chaeque No.964458 on 6th of may 2008 to Allahabad bank Barra branch Kanpur(My father's account). There is inordinate deley by the bank in the payment of the cheque. I have inqured about the balance on 24th may but money is not transfered to my father's account, but the My ICICI bank statement says that money has been transfered to Allahabad bank on 14th may 2008.

            Due to this inordinate delay in payment, i have been facing a lot of problem.

Hence Yesterday I Send My Husband With A Application For Issuing A Ckek Book .The Bank Was Open.But There Manager And Other Assistant Talking Me A Very Barbaric Talk And Insulted Me there And Refused To Giving Me a Chekbook, I Have Lost My Old Chekbook in My House After Finished . There Staff Included Bank Manager Totally Refused to With Account in my Bank . I Am in Trouble I will Giving a Chek To Reliance Money Becos I have Purchase there Some Share . While I Was Sending My Husband Alongwith Attested Signature My Husband Account Also There Number Is 115782. If the Problem Will Not Salved I Will Withdraw My Account in your Bank .

            I have deposited an outstation cheque having cheque no. 0055359 dtd 15 march 09 (Rs. 30085.00) in my Allhabad acount no 057723 at Burra Colony Kanpur branch on dated 26.03.09. But till date it has not been credited into my account. After enquiring to the bank officials they are not ready to give any information regarding that.
            Please give me the way how can I resolve this matter with the help of consumer court.Can I register FIR against the branch manager in this case?

            my self Bheem Prakash working in dubai i had send money from UAE exchange on 07-07-09 in allahabad bank Maskanawa branch districts gonda in uattar pradesh, account holder name Islawath devi bheem prakash, account # 25598, but till date the amount is not creadited in my account.

            I would like to know what is the exact problem and who is the responsble for this becouse i am loosing my intrest day by day.

              Sir,

              I'd like to inform you that I'm a resident of Jamshedpur and gave my father a Cheque of amount Rs. 40000/- for his treatment purpose. He deposited that cheque on 11th April 2008 in Allahabad Bank Konnagar, Dist-Hooghly, West Bengal Branch. The amount was debited from my account on 25th April 2008 but my father still hasn't received that amount.

              He is an old, sick person of 75 years of age and has been continuousy harassing by the Bank Manager. The Manager is not at all interested to solve it. Is this the way you serve your customers? Due to your problem, he is now in intense tension and his treatment has also affected.

              I diposited cheque at 26/07/2008 of Bank of India cheque. Today 04/09/2008 the cheque is not clearence.

                I Surajit Das applied to issue a fresh ATM/debit card in writing on 25.07.07 to the Allahabad Bank Lake Gardens Branch Kolkata-700045 Branch code No. 0210279 Address 170C/425 Prince Anwar Shah Road Kolkata-700045

                Proof of receipt of manager is lying with me.

                Inspite of reapeted enquiries to the Bank in self for more than 20 times for more than 9 months the manager and Mr. Debnath employee of that branch denied to issue the fresh ATM/Debit Card

                Sir,
                I have a saving bank account No 150340 at SW Kendriya Vihar, Sector 51, Noida U P .
                The bank has debited a sum of Rs. 11657 & 4796 through ECS for remitting to Standard Chartered bank and Centrium Bank on 5 th Jan 2008, but the same has not been remitting till date. The Bank Has charged me overdue interest as well as I have already remitted the the same amount against the above through cash to Bank. I have discussed this with the Incharge of SW Branch, She told me that the above amount is lying with Sector 10 Noida Branch. Now they are under Control of sector 44. Despite of that I have contacted Chief Manager Sh Rajbeer Singh and Mr Kapoor Manager they assured me that the above amount will be credited my account within two or three days as the same are under clearance. But no action has been taken by the bank. Now On 1.5.2008, the incharge OF SW bank informed that I should contact to Sector 44 Branch.
                In this connection it is informed that your officer is giving the wrong information every time to their customer and creating the problem . You are requested to kindly look into the matter and pass the order to give the credit the above amount alongwith interest @ 36% which I have paid to the banks.Otherwise I am going make a request to the Consumers Forum.

                employee in courts — no issue of ATM card

                I am a employee in courts of BATHINDA. I belong to rural area. Eight or nine months ago i applied for ATM card. When i enquired about this, concerned manager of the SBI bathinda branch told me that the ATM cannot be issued to rural people .I want to know about that is it the right communication made by manager ? If not then what is the procedure to take the necessary action against him.

                Till the date card has not been delivered branch Staff is not giving any further information about the status of my ATM card.

                i submitted the form for atm on 4.12.2008. the courier reached on 22.12.2008 on hostel holidays for which i could not recieve it. the branch manager says that the courier has been returned to mumbai main branch. whereas these cases has never happened earlier. my mates have collected it from same branch.

                I used my bob ATM card on date 25-04-09 to draw Rs 5000 Rs.through your atm terminal (albd 097701)and due to certain problem in machine/ networking, my card was struck in your mechine and recipt says trensection cancelled (sq no.3698) the money was not came out but surprise to know that the amount was debited from my account.Thus loosing both my card and amount which was debited from my account.When i contacted your aliganj branch lucknow they told they will send the card and the amount to the respective bank, which was not done till now.

                I have an savings account in RANDIA, Bhadrak, Orissa BOI bank. . I had applied debit card before one month. They are unable to issue a ATM Card. When contacted to bank they cannot give satisfying answer.

                I have contacted to Bank helpline number and they give me my card number but refuse to help further because they are not concerned to it. They gave me the Bombay HO number the person who deals the ATM Card. I have called him atlest 5 time but i donot get my ATM Card yet.

                I am not getting the amortisation statement for the house building loan since last 5 years.
                I am being told everytime that this would be sent through couriers.But courier has not yet reached so far.
                I need this because the principal amount is fluctuating year after year.Now the bank is asking more amount as EMI than what is sactioned in my sanctioned letter.
                This is simply unjustified and does not carry the meaning of logo:tradition of Trust;
                As a customer, I must say that the nationalised bank should be more transparent than private banks in terms of cheating for generation of revenue.

                Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                I have taken a loan from bank in year 2008 (Loan Account No. [protected]) and with the announcement of interest subsidiary announcement in year 2009, i found myself appropriate for that subsidiary interest.
                I have submitted all the details asked by bank but because of mistake of bank official they have done some mistake and there is a problem in the Interest subsidiary (Of total amount Rs. 10314/-). I have informed bank and given them the written application more then five times. Instead of taking action against the complain they lost it all the times. So, Finally i gave my last application last week and had taken the receiving from bank official.
                I have already illustrated my problems to almost all the bank officials including Branch Manager. He told me that he will call me after resolving it. When i did not get call then i called him and asked him about my status of complain. instead of talking to me fairly, he talked to me in a abrubtly manner and angrily. I asked him politely that i am complaining since last two year and still no action been taken and finally you are talking in this manner. It does not reflect the good service of bank. He asked me to start repayment then i told him that i have just completed my course in July and will get my degree in December and my Joining is scheduled by mid 2013. He then said that do not pay the complaint amount and pay the rest. I told that i want to resolve my complain before i join because later on i will not get time. He warned me not to bring this complain again to him and disconnected my phone.

                I am placed in HCL AXON for SAP domain. I am in all mood to pay my loan amount but i want that my problem should get resolved. As Branch Manager has refused to resolve it so i am seeking help from your side.
                So, I therefore request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I will obliged to you for this forever.
