सविनय विनम् निवेदन है कि मेरा खाता कं [protected] आपकी शाखा मै है मैने दिंनाक 30/08/2018 को गाहक सेवा केंद्र मैं 4000 रुपये जमा किये इसके बाद मैने 31/08/2018 को मनंकुवर बाई कॉलेज के बाज् वाले atm से balance चैक करना चाहा जो कि atm खराब था 5 मिनिट बाद मेरे मोबाईल मैं massage आया की 4000 निकाले गये जबकि मैने पैसे नही निकाले
अतः आपसे विनम् निवेदन है कि 4000 मेरे खाते मै वापिस करने की क्पपा करे

The toll free number provided by the bank is not working, and still we are paying it 18 rupees per month for sms.Its totally unfair.I have my mobile number registered with bank account but still after giving miss call to the alleged number I am not getting any sms.
We the customers are unhappy with this discontinuation of the service even after being charged 18rs/month for sms alerts.
I want to start as soon as possible or return the charges debited from my account for last months since they stopped the service.

Today morning i tried to transfer some amount from my allahabad account number: [protected] to my sbi account number: [protected]. The sum was deducted from my allahabad bank but was not credited to my sbi account. The description of the transaction is

To transfer ~imps[protected]sbin-[protected]-noremarks

Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible since i need this amount urgently in my sbi account.

I have a sb account in your kolkata p k guha road (1836) branch. My account number is - [protected]. Today at 11.38 am i did a atm transaction in the atm of sbi bank p k guha road branch. The atm no is - tpmbsiwb0888. I wanted to withdraw rs.5000 from this atm but no money came out and amount has been debited from my account. My atm no is - [protected]. Please help me out to return my money.

I was tried to send a little amount of rs. 1200 to my brother last night of 12/10/18 from my allahabad bank account which is [protected] but during transaction some server problem was occurred and then don't know why the amount got deducted from my account and didn't gone to my brothers account.
I want my money should refund.
Here i'm attaching the screen-shot of that transaction from my my bank statement.
Please help.

I had withdrawn money from punjab national bank atm booth on[protected] at 4:12 pm and my money ₹6000 (Six thousand) got debited from my account but my money got stuck in the machine. Meanwhile the loading operators came to refill the money and told me to wait. And they found my money stuck in the machine but they told me they cannot give me and that the money will be transferred to my account but so far it is not credited to my account. I approached my bank branch with application but they refused to accept and help me. I have written an application to the manager of pnb also
Please help me to get my money at the earliest.

Iam vinay s aarya and i have an account in allahabadh bank hanumanthnagar branch and i had ordered a product on amazon and made my payment online and returned it as well but i didnt get any refund amount and the amazon customer care is telling we have intiated the refund long back 10 days before but your bank is not providing u the amount.kindly consider my request and process the refund amount as soon as possible

I have deposited a cheque of bank of baroda in my current account of allahabad bank. The cheque is return due to connectivity failure. The bank does not gave information about the cheque return and debited 590/- as bank charges against cheque of 18337/- only. Now when i ask about the charges they are not giving a proper answer. I want to say if there is any return the bank should inform us. They does not do that and 590/- debited from my account.
Kindly see this matter as i have no fault in this so why i bear this charges. So please consider it and return my amount as soon as possible. My contact:-

With due request and with deep grievance i would like to inform you that my husband late ravi ranjan had been sanctioned a housing loan amounting rs. 930000.00 from allahabad bank doranda branch ranchi a/c no. [protected]. The first part amounting rs. 580000.00 whose abgms was done dated 12.06.2006. After my husbands death i. E 29.01.2017 i have informed bank dated 04.02.2017 and i have submitted all the necessary documents. Despite of my repeated reminders and letters bank is not taking any interest to settle this issue.
So it's my humble request to you to please take some necessary action.

I have net banking facility with your bank since long. But despite repeated endeavor i couldn't open rd or fd a/c through net banking. After following all the related procedures when i am asked to confirm the details i confirmed but immediately a message appeared "your request is not processed pl. Contact branch". The branch (0053) was contacted and by appearing personally i spoke to the officer concerned about the problem. He asked me to provide e-kyc and it was provided but no fruitful result yielded.
Sir, i'm a senior citizen and ex-manager of the bank. I also talked to the it personnel of zo berhampore, murshidabad district, west bengal but status not developed.
Besides account opening all other functions viz. Fund transfer, a. C statement etc. Are being happened smoothly. There is no such problem with other bank.
As i'm a senior citizen i wish to perform the functions through net banking from home avoiding the hazards of going the branch. Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem immediately pl. Thanks.

I would like to have your attention towards one of the allahabad bank's employee (Padrauna branch, uttarpradesh) misbehavior and his criminal activities.

Today i went to get a joint account opened. The undermentioned allahabad bank's employee kept standing there for more than 3 hrs. All my request and efforts to get the work done failed. He neglected me and threatens me with the statement 'i know you very well, i have many criminals friends, who can kidnap you'. I was socked with lots of fear thinking is this the way government bank's employees are behaving with the customer. I am an old customer of this bank. I have few accounts in your branch and a locker too, which i think is not safe now. At the end i met the branch manager who helped me to get the account open and did all the process himself.

Misbehavior can be neglected but i was threatened by your employee. It’s a matter of life security. I request you to kindly investigate and take immediate action on this. I thought to address this to you at first.

My 5400 rupees has dedused from my account from delhi at saidulajab axis atm centre.
I withdraw money at 6pm yesterday from atm machine but their some problem in that bank bcs other withdraw their money easily. I was try 3-4 times. But unable to withdraw money.
After that i got a message at 11:30pm that withdraw money and money get debited from my account.

Am sunny gulati..I withdraw 1600rupees of Bank of India atm from Mohan garden at 30/9/2018 time is 11:53pm but I not received money from ATM machine and my balance is debited I received a msg from your side and I also attach msg screen shot ..so pls do me a favour and give back this transaction amount 1600rupees.i also call to your customer care but no one is respone.

Your customer care no.s are not working. I have done four transactions of Rs.10000/-each by net banking early in the morning from my Allahabad Bank Sb A/c no. [protected], IFSC:ALLA0210809 but the transactions has been shown under error. I checked the balance & statement immediately, but balance was same. But after half an hour, the messages of debit of sum of Rs.10000/- × 4 = Rs.40000/- was come on my mobile, but at now the sum of Rs.40000/- was not credited in Ashutosh Kumar's SBI sb a/c no. I, l phoni bhosan singha have a account with your branch at palam dabri road, new delhi-45 (My a/c no is [protected]). During may 2018 i have changed my name and present address after verifying by branch, thereafter i was demanded a cheque book through bankers during last week of sept 2018. But i have received cheque in my old adress without any changing name and adress. Please do the needful.

I want to inform you that the services in allahabad bank shivpura branch at varanasi is very poor.
I was in the bank since 10 o clock to 1 o clock the clerk said that the network is not there.
But when i complained the manager they said the network is working.
I wanted my passbook to be updated and the internet and mobile banking services.
They did not update my passbook.
The clerk even dont attend any of the customers of bank..
Kindly look into this matter on very heavy importance.
That makes the image of bank a better.

Hey, there I am suffering from a loan disupte against the bank for past 2 years as there is case going on bank I wanted it to solve out of the court as court is taking so much time and I contaced md of jhansi main branch but he is not showing my summary of loan account and asking for highly payble ammount as the ammount I took is 35 lakhs he is asking for 45 lakhs
He sold my one asset for 17 lakhs valuing 117.17 lakhs without even my sign on the possession and out of the court saying pay the interest on the ammount of the third party whom bank sold my property please try to ressolve this matter with maturity as it taking too much time.

Rs 350000 of bipin high school bettia, govt of bihar's cash has not been accepted by the branch manager and he also misbehaving with our staff who is also a govt servant. As he also misbehaved previous four times. So, i want to take proper and need full action otherwise i compled to close this account.
