Alpfly — transaction failure money not refunded | |||||
I tried to book a ticket on 30th december from alpfly from bangalore to bagdogra where there is a transaction failure due to which the money (Rs 10, 137) got deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not issued. Based on my experience from these transaction failures from other travel or consumer portals like makemytrip or amazon i the money gets refunded to the account maximum by 72 hours. But after 5 days when i followed up with them they replied it will take 10 working days. Even after 10 working days i insisted them to give me a proper date by which the money will get refunded. They replied it is not possible for them to give a date and they of the apportion amount of refund. I dont understand how it may take so long time and why apportion amount of refund is available, when it was a transaction failure. Was this information helpful? | |||||
