Canara bank — charge dispute issue from canara bank I am pankaj gupta I have ordered jixing jxng 6-accoustic guitar from amazon buy using my debit card but that product is not compatible therefore i ask for refund from amazon and they told me that your refund processed from our side. But refund is not credited in my account. The refund amount rs.2399-has been successfully processed on 12 june 2018 as per there message and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction reference #[protected] and transaction id #[protected] auth given by amazon.
