Amazon.com — Defected Product Still not get refund

I(Mohit Agarwal) hv ordered nokia n72 cover but product was defected everytym i call to amazon.com they ignored my call and make false statement that your refund has been credited to the A/c..the cover cost me 667 Rs and i made a payment through debit card..
