Amazon — Defective product delivered refund denied | |||||
I ordered xolo era 4g phone through amazon few days back and got the delivery today... This is the first time i ordered a mobile through amazon.. Usually i prefer n trust flipkart only... Well.. Issue is... That the phone is having lot of problems... Like... Heating, camera quality, touch not working properly, hangs alot... Network not detected... 4g net not working... Whereas same sim's 4g is used in another handset of motorola very well... I am under return and refund policy within 15 days... But customer are is denying for refund... Can only go for replacement... The issues are with the company. Software... Do not wish to go for the same handset... I am disappointed with the reply... Where i am unable to use my right of refund... Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||||
