[Resolved]  Amazon — i book an order mobile phone but i have received empty box and amazon is not giving refund money

hello sir i am purchesing a mobile phone ( 10 or g) through amazon.in website
& i have received empty parcel of 31/01/2018.
mobile price is 11999rs.

when i call amazon customer care and tell about delivered parcel box than amazon customer care transfering my call to investication team .

investication team told me you are waitting next 5day & our investication team call you in 5 working day & giving you solution

but sir investication team did not call me in 5days i am only waitting investication team call.

i am calling to amazon customer care service 7feb 2018 before 5 working day of investication team than investication team told me we are not able to refund of replacement .

i am asking to amazon investication team i am giving you amazon.in (11999rs ) for product but you give me empty parcel who is refund my money

I am extremely sorry that the phone was missing from the box. This Is definitely not what we want our customers to experience.

We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier. “It appears that this phone was delivered to you correctly and was present in the box."

Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.

We advise you to contact your local police authorities, if necessary, to pursue this matter further.

Sir I have suggestion for Amazon that when amazon sending any product to customers
Please open the box & showing product & than give customers than take money

But Amazon firstly collect the money than give box than going to another place

Refund my money immediately
