I snehashish suraneni registered user of amazon with [protected]@gmail.com & [protected].i have been facing lot of inconvenience from amazon & everytime I bring to your notice, you people will tell me this will not happen once again but is being repeated. Latest mistakes by amazon: 1.Delivery by amazon tracking services:Order #[protected];I have received a call from amazon delivery on 13/10/2014 between 1:00pm -1:30pm I told him to delivery at or after 5:00pm and no one showed up.I again received a call on 14/10/2014 between 1:00pm -1:30pm I told him to delivery at or after 5:00pm and no one showed up.The delivery deadline is 14/10/2014 but wasn't delivered on time.this kept on happening.i have attached the call recording of the amazon delivery boy.I need to a serious action to be taken on amazon delivery & I also demand to deliver the item with no cost 2.Invalid Tracking number updated by Amazon:Order #[protected] The item was shipped on 11/10/2014 through bluedart & all the courier service take maximum of 24 hours to update the tracking number.NToday is 15/10/2014 & when I track it it is an invalid tracking number.I have attached the screenshots as well I need a callback to [protected] & a token of apology from amazon higher authority.
