Hello i ordered a mobile (Moto g turbo) on amazon.In at just 4999 rs. By discount and got successfully placed. Got confirmation on both mobile number and email. But now they are saying due to technical or pricing issue they have cancelled my order without asking me. Amazon.In can't back order was placed successful. It is not fair at all we don't have much time to waste we place it (Order) and then they cancel it. It means if we get it by discount then they will cancel it clearly shows they just want to earn much money by making us fool or they have done it to get traffic on their website. In this case website is at fault and should honor the order that has been placed by the User. Recently mr.Nikhil bansal sued snapdeal in an similar incident And the judge ruled in his favor. https://lexofy.com/document/d0238735ac2d803a47846ce78416c20c It is my consumer right if i got it placed successfully by discount then they should deliver it otherwise they should not have shown it. I had said to them i will go for consumer complaint but they did not reply. Want compensation claim from amazon against moto g turbo cancellation. They should be punished for what they have done. So please consider my issue and help me to get my rights. Here is my order details.
