[Resolved]  Amazon.in — Not Delivered Ordered Item

I have ordered a USB Modem iBall Airway 7.2MP-18 of Rs.1139/- on 30th June of 2014 and made payment at the same time via Internet Banking. They shown on their page dispatched in the same day and said estimated delivery that was 8th of July 2014. But they never deliver me the package. I have sent several E-mails to their Customer Care Executives. But I have not got any positive response. They surrendered by blaming the Shipping Company FedEx. I want to appeal all the Internet user to never buy any item from Amazon.in.
