Amazon.in — Regarding delivery of my product and bad customer service | |||
dear sir/madam, hi, i myself sakthi vel ph:([protected]) ordered an yuphoria (champagne gold) Ordered on 16 July 2015 Order#[protected].after ordered the product i got the estimation delivery date is 22/07/2015 to 24/07/2015 Friday. till 20/7/2015 the product is not been shipped then i contacted your customer care regarding this problem then they shipped my product. then the estimation delivery date is changed to 24/7/2015 to 25/7/2015.again i called the customer care they not at all giving the proper answer.for more than 4 days its showing that Package has left the courier facility mewat, haryana, in.today i called your customer care people they told me that they itself can't track the package. this is not the proper answer.this is not a proper customer service..i have attached a photo proof.help me in this case.they are wating my time Was this information helpful? | |||

they called me and and telling improper words in hindi and cutting the call.i'm going to post this every social media regarding this.the worst customer care i ever seen.the flipkart is more better than amazon.
