Amazon India — account hold without reason,making fool.

Myself anjan kundu, my registered phone no. With amazon that is [protected]., mail is where i am sending the mail.

Last 20.9.19 i have brought mi a3 i have spend the money for it, last expected was mentioned that is 25th of this month i will get it, but as it is amazon prospect next day it will delivered the same. Last few days to asoff now i am writing this mail i was seen order is on preparing mode is on order option wise. I was yet to gift this phone to my wife, last day wise 25.9.2019 i have seen order will be on my hand., mentioned is on amazon side., last 12:30am i have seen my order got cancelled how does it possible it cancelled automatically. As it is i haven't cancelled my order the same. As it my money haven't received and refund back.

Last 20.9.2019 i have talked with more than 40 customer service teams they mentioned is on chat, calls that my account is hold, how does it possible my account is on hold without my prior information as it is i haven't given any request of it, i haven't given fake, false order of it., i am not a cheater, fraudulent activity i wasn't done with amazon, they are mentioned that account specialist team they have done the same. How does they done this things i am user amazon more than 8 years, without any prior documents and notice of it how dare they have done this things., i haven't taken any credit, legal liabilities with amazon itself., like as bank overdraft, credit card of where they are doing and making customer account of overdraft, credit card blocked any times and withdrawal the facilities. As it is from month april 2019 i was made kyc verification, amazon team one of executive got collected documents from home with sign copy., i have given aadhar, voter id and pan id also that guy also verified the details and see my home address is that true or wrong.

For frequently i am getting mails, sms that after getting money got deducted from account my order got cancelled, got mails from accounts team please provide address details, billing details in correct as it is i have done the same more 45mails i have given, they want bank statement also where i am making the payment of it, bank registered mobile no. Also, what and how makes this customer secret documents they are asking for to take it further. How long times i need to share my basic details with address with help of bank verified address details. Why don't you thing that its criminal offence, customer care executive told me sir please wait our team will reply you 24hours, when would be 24 hours would have come, please tell me...

Is that jocking with customer and making customer fool, i am not even fraud star, cheater, neither terririst what makes this things got happend.

Today at 8:30pm onwards i would like to brought vivo z1 pro, i have make the payment of it down payment got deducted from my account still asoff now money haven't got refund, but when i have make transactions of it money got deducted while i am asking for my money refund back they telling me please wait for 24 hours, account specialist team will respond back we don't have any access of it. Is that jock why they aren't sending details, why they are not talking with customer is they are secret specialist agent who will verify customer account details, bank details, address details, bank statement wise details., is the customer is fraud or some of cheater or terrorist or not.

Still asoff now my money got deducted, i dont understand why and how it's got happend. If my account is hold or blocked how does it possible account transaction is happening., how does it possible money got debited from account, don't you thing that way of making customers fool. Customer service team told me please provide details we will send account specialist team they will verify then send me mail or call back still havent got any calls. As it is i have provided bank details statements which they want from of where i am making transactions of it of where i am making transactions card number with it.

Why they are asking for it why don't like send mail, why they don't like contact customer as it is me also being as customer of where i am facing this issues such 5 months as discussed above i have done kyc verification amazon team of where i have given kyc documents for processing of verification needs to be done.

If amazon team account specialist team is not a fake, after having customer details why they are not like to verify and make investigation with nearest police station, bank statement wise name given banks of where customer actually given same as it is i have done, how they like to verify and make this happen customer is giving false information, keep account is on hold, transactions got happend with blocked and hold account how does it possible. How does it possible with hold or blocked account wise transactions got happend as it is if it's hold after taken customer money why it's delay to refund or repay back., same as discussed with me also got happend. Make this things is serious issues which is not needs to be done.

Still as off now i haven't got my money refund back as it is discussed above mia3 which i have shown last 12am it's will delivered within 25 the of this month 2019, then got cancelled., how does it possible, after make the payment, i havent done cancelled request.

Its shown is on order page last 12am 2019 24th of this month while i have got sms that got cancelled it's automatically got deleted from my account i haven't details any where from amazon also, haven't got any mails.

As it is i have shared i am customer, account details of mine, same addess details which is shown is mine home location is mine i am authorized it bank statement wise, account details wise same as it is please check my previous order details of where i have brought products and which addresses i have got it you will find out details of mine address same as it is i am verified the same.

Don't you thing that its fradulent activity going on needs to be rectify, where is rectify only taking customer details and then stop it.

Same as it i would like to say, details of address which i have given is on mails it's true and real, which have already mentioned side of amazon it's true and real, same as it is i have mentioned is on amazon side of where i am getting the mails after wards no response, how they like to verify details.

Does amazon gone through with any cheater, fraud activity of any where of over their thats why they are doing this bad things with genuin customers...

After having 4 different calls still asoff now from 8:30pm to 1:48am asoff now at 24.9.2019 still now money haven't refund back. Customer care executives told to whom i have talk with is on phone, chat with it they responded that they haven't any access with my account but one poplink is opening only to take the details of customers,, then provide it account specialist team.

But seen details also customer how and how much they have paid for the products wise and amount wise, woooww... Just check and clarify it and then i am asking for money refund told me not possible please wait for 5 days to refund back., woooww or 2-5hours. Nice... How and what makes this things needs to be happend. They don't have any options to make refund back within immediately effect.

While i have talked with chat with customers every customers service team individual chat wise, after having chat whole details got deleted...

Just thing it, please do it.

Please note of it... Please refund back what i have spend it for, don't try to make customer angry of what i am being now, don't make customer fool and fake of what i am now. Its a not good big reputation will be lost it will gone through.
