Amazon India — Acer Laptop | |||
I purchased ACER LAPTOP from amazon.in . ORDER #[protected], Total Amount paid via credit card - Rs 69, 990/- Laptop was defective so returned laptop on 24th Aug. As per message on amazon.in portal, it is mentioned that refund is initiated but it will take 3-5 days. When I asked for reason for 3-5 days of delay to get back amount, I did not get proper answer from amazon or ICICI bank. In era of digital transactions, NEFT/RTGS, Why it should take so much of time to get refund. They told, it is as per RBI guidelines that it takes 3-5 days and in some cases it may take 15 days also Please explain why you have made policy to get refund in 3-5 days Can you make a policy and make it mandatory for all merchants and bank to credit refund amount immediately ?
