Amazon India — Amazon Fraud || Not got refund till now

i had purchesd a coolpad cool 1 of Rs 13999 from Amazon on 6/01/17 and due to some issue i return it on 11/01/17.And refund of Rs.13999 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in my account by[protected]. And now today is 31 jan 2017 i have not got my refund in my PNB bank a/c yet.
They give me the Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].

Aur jb amazon pe call krte h to vo bolte h dispute file kro agar aapka account SBI mai hota to turant dispute file ho jata or abhi mere frnd ke bhe same problem uska to SBI mai account h vo bhe bol rhe h asa kuch nhi hota
Ya to Amazon ka fraud h

And this time Amazon send me this mail:-

I’m Vinay from the Amazon billing team with regards to the refund with the order #[protected] for Rs:13, 999.00

I'm providing a reference number as confirmation.

Here is the refund reference number:[protected]

Please contact customer service of your bank with this reference number they should be able to find the refund.

If you still don't see your refund then ask your bank's customer service to dispute the transaction as "refund never processed" under reference number[protected]

At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
