Amazon India — behaviour of the delivery personnel | |||
I had ordered a product from amazon india. The invoice no is qwdr-13258. Order was placed from mr. Pramod lamba's account. Today the order was delivered. My complaint is regarding the delivery boy. I don't know what kind of people are hired by amazon india as delivery boys. The person who came had no decency to behave. First of all he was going on pressing the calling bell continuously without even waiting for a minute. He must have pressed the calling bell at least 10-12 times within a span of 1 -2 minutes. When i opened the door and asked him why was he honking the bell so many times he had the adausity to say that he is busy and he was behaving like a goon. He dint even bother to give the product, he just left it there and started walking with arrogance. Absolutely no grooming, no manners as to how to speak to a lady. I wonder how safe are women / old people at home if this is the quality of people who work for etailers. This is not an issue which can be ignored. It is a question of safety of women / old people who will be alone at home. Would amazon take the responsibility if something wrong happens. I doubt if amazon does any background check or verification of people before hiring them as their delivery agents. I would expect a stern action to be taken against the delivery agent.
