Amazon India — Complaint against 15% cashback on sbi credit/debit cards offer | |||||
Dear sir, This is yogesh lakade. Mobile no. [protected], mail id. [protected]@gmail.com My order details. Ordered on 28 october 2016 order#[protected] I have purchase the mobile moto g, 4th gen (Black, 32gb) on cashback 15% on sbi debit card & deliverd on dt. 4 nov. 2016. I have compalint 5 times but amount 15% not credit in my acount upto till date 14 march 2017. So i request as per amozon telephonic conservation with mis lakshmi & vikas senior person of amozon. I have send also attached statement of tranzasation of sbi acount but till date not received amount of cashback offer and today telephonic convrsation tell me u have not eligible for cashback offer so aftre 6 month sufferd problem from amozon so please advise me properly beacuse amozon not considerd my complaint.
