Amazon India — Courier sent to Tamil Nadu but still not deliver Courier No :[protected]

I have purchase one mobile from amazon ( MOTO-G).Mobile cost is Rs 14000 which has been supplied by
Green Mobiles having address
No. 1/B, Indo Space Logistics Park, Puduvoyal
Durainallur Village Ponneri Taluk,
Thiruvalluvar, TamilNadu- 601206 India.
After 6 months, I have faced so many problems but I am unable to contact with this.
I think, amazon should not do the business with Green mobile as the above sales give defective material to the customer very easily.So, far my knowledge, they are giving defective material to every people to every corner of India.
I think there business should be stopped immediately otherwise this type corruption will increased.

I have got the box containing Huawei Nova 3i on, but did not get earphones while unboxing the box sent by you to me. Therefore kind send me the same. I have also told to Amazon and have also sent email to Amazon India about the same shortcoming. I have seen earphone while unboxing in YouTube.
