Amazon India — damaged product. need to replace it. | |||
Hello, I have ordered lakme absolute white intense wet and dry compact (Rose fair) on 16th august. And i received my product on 18th august. But when i opened the product was totally damaged because i think it was no rapped properly on the box so that the product has totally damaged. The material of compact turns to dust. It is very expensive for me because i'm a student. I have already paid so please make arrange for replace it. I don't want refund, i want a same product as a as possible. Need a positive response as soon as possible. My order no is - order #[protected] Also i have attached a photo of this so that you can understand.
