Amazon India — damaged product was delivered and they blame the customer | |
I had placed an order for an ipad on the 8th of august 2019, when i recieved the ipad it was damaged with the amazon cover intact, the products box had a hole and the glass was shattered. That very day i placed a call to customer care and they had initiated an inspection which they messed up and i had to wait three days for this to be done. After that product was to be returned, i have contacted them for 25 times plus easily. They assured me pickups for 6-7 days claiming first that it was a contact issue, then a courier issue and now say that the product was damaged after it was delivered. They are refusing to pick it up. They have been giving false info. The product costs 82, 900rs. Was this information helpful? | |
