Amazon India — denial to provide the product that the website have advertised and I have purchased. | |||||
I have purchased a Philips Trimmer Model "Philips BT5200/15 Pro Skin Advanced Trimmer" for Rs.1500/- with ORDER #[protected]. The Order was Placed on 16 February 2018. The product was to be delivered to me on/by 24.02.2018-26.02.2018. Suddenly on 22.02.2018 they have sent me a message saying that “Your ordered for Philips BT5200/15 Pro Skin Advance Trimmer is cancelled.” I have not cancelled the order. But when I called up the customer care support of amazon-India for asking about the same matter, they ignored and said that it was cancelled as they could not ship it in time by 19.02.2018. There was no such terms and condition on the buying page or in the order summary page mentioning that my order would get cancelled if they are unable to dispatch the product in time. Now I want the product to be delivered as promised by Amazon which they had advertised in their website on 16.02.2018 and promised to deliver it by 26.02.2018. Kindly help me out in this matter.
