Amazon India — Didn't get cash back on citi bank credit card-For the Order Purchased | |||||
Hi Team, I Placed order in the month of October using mobile app and Payment was made using Citibank credit card as per the offer 10% additional cash back for the order is not credited to my Citibank account. The same has been escalated to the team, but no resolution is provided. I called to the customer care several times and every time they say we need 24-48 hours for the resolution but till date the cash back is not credited to my credit card.
