Amazon India — fake listing/misbehave and using abusive language by amazon seller

Here to share my story with the world w. R. T my experience with amazon.in and its seller"gym kart".
I have still fighting for justice on this matter from amazon, probably i will not be getting it as amazon india is too seller focused.
I have placed an order in amazon through one of its 3rd party seller"gym kart". I usually don't trust 3rd party sellers, however this particular seller has 100% review in amazon website. (At the time i placed order).
As i said the order was placed on 5th aug from my prime account to a seller "gym kart" the material was gym equipment amount 3283.3/- (Prepaid). The expected delivery date was scheduled as 17th aug, however it failed hence i contacted the seller through amazon portal queering regarding the product, to which i got a response stating the product will now be delivered by 23rd aug.
As its a 3rd party transaction amazon will not provide any tracking, however the seller must update the tracking details.in my case the tracking was given as "sf express". Strangely i searched the entire 10 pages in google to find the courier service but in vein, i do got one but its a chinese company and the tracking number is never matching.
I called several times to amazon cs team, each and every time i received a varying answer, at times illogical answers.
The seller was responding hence i had hope of the delivery. However the next delivery date 23rd aug was also missed and i did not received my product.
Imagine the timeline order placed on 5th aug - till 23rd aug no delivery and its prepaid. The actual delivery stated in amazon site was 7-10 business days.
To cut the story short, on 23rd post my rigorous inquiry to amazon cs team, i received a mail from seller asking me to share my number or call him personally. (This msg was very polite). I responded to the seller that i misplaced his number and i shared my number.
Meanwhile i was searching my mails to find the seller number and i happen to got it.
24th aug.18 - the saddest morning of my 2018. I called up the seller in between 9 am-9:30am. Mr. Sumeshwar shingh (As in true caller) [protected].
I started my conversation stating that - (I will write the conv.in hindi here)
Me: hi, i placed an order with you on amazon.
Seller: naam batao, kya naam hai (Tone high, questioning)
Me: koushik banerjee from hyderabad, mera ek order pending hai, kab delivery hoga.
Seller : mujhe bahut order aate hai, 10-15 din toh lagega hi delivery.
Me: maine 5th aug ko place kiya hai bhai.
Seller : hain toh
Me: bhai ek kaam karo aap courier se bhejo ho na product, mujhe woh courier ka receipt bhej sakte ho as a proof ki aapne order ship kiya hai.
Seller : kyou jo manga na hai amazon se mangoo, sale 2 kaudi ka admi kya proof du tujhe. Nahi bhejunga kya ukhad lega, jahan hai wahi aake marunga. Adress kya hai dekhu.
Me: kaise baat kar raha, tammez se baat kar, kya tone hai yeh.
Seller : kya tone be mad*rch*d, bh*sriw*l*, bah*ch*d aapni aaukad me rahe.
Me : s*la (I disconnected the call)
Seller called me again : sala kisko bola mad*rch*d. Do kaudi ka aadmi kya udhaklega mera tu nahi bhejunga tera order. Refund chahiye jake amazon se mang, yahan phone kiya toh dekh lena.
I disconnected the call.
I immediately rushed to a police station to lodge an fir as the seller was threatening me, beside he really have my address. I know he can't do anything still don't wanna take chance.
The police advised me to call amazon and ask for the seller register address to lodge an fir, they even tracked don the fb page of the seller.
I called amazon in the hope of help, to my surprise no one from amazon helped me instead they were ready to accept an legal notice on amazon but not on seller.
Police could not do anything as the treat was from seller.
From 24th aug i kept calling amazon for the refund and action against seller, however same story again. Each time i have been assigned a new cs rep and have to narrate this whole story.
Despite me telling the entire story there was not a single update from amazon on the issue, i have to literally drag it to get my refund.
The refund it was processed as if amazon had done a charity on refunding my own money.
The seller still list item under prime category. Latter as stated by the seller during the refund process. "item will not be delivered due to price mistake". The seller should have understood this the moment the order was placed and should have cancelled the order, however he kept on giving me false delivery dates.
My question to amazon
1. Who has given the right to amazon or its seller to hold up customer money for a month?
2. If amazon has taken any action on the seller, whats the harm in telling it publically for such seller or at-least to the customer who had the issue?
3. Why is there no update from amazon side on this issue. Why a customer has to call several times for his own money refund, when the product is not delivered.?
4. Why is that none of you cs rep are in sync, the information passed on by the rep on every call was different from another.?
Till today, there is no action taken by amazon on the seller, instead when i requested amazon to deactivate my account it was done in swift. The only thing i got was my own money that too after a month.
I don't need charity, what about the abusive language? Why is amazon promoting such sellers, are sellers too important than customer for amazon.
