Amazon India — Filed a replacement and didn't receive the product yet

I have bought the karma ltd prasanath and received damaged product so returned it immediately and file for replacement and never received the product back again it costs 2299rs and now seller is saying that the replacement order has been cancelled this is rediculas fraud u guys took my money and the product to... Never ever going to order anything from amazon and will share this thing on social media to as many as possible will also file a complaint in consumer court... If i didn't hear from you soon

I was being informed that my money will be refunded in next 2 hours and will credit in my prepaid card in 4 days however it still didnt happened more than 5 days completed.
Now they are asking me to wait more.

I joined the contest that you have launched on your site the money was taken by your company from my airtel number but didn't accepted the final confirmation code I think that's very cheap of you how you can cheat the customer plzz get my money back ...
