Amazon India — Fraud case | |||||
My complaint us regarding fraud case i have faced from amazon seller and there is no positive response from amazon. I had baught nokia 225 Order #[protected] from amazon indian after 2 to 3 days one courier partner amaze member called me and said that i have your order and call me to understand the address and he delievered the same after that i came to house and i check that phone screen was with lot of scratches emi no. On phone or board are not same immediately i called amazon they said your order is cancelled because seller was unable to ship the item. I explained them that it was fraud case they said we will take 3 weeks and surely we will give you your money. After 3 weeks no call no mail i called again for the status they said we have mailed the seller and it will take more time again after 1 week they didnt calp me again i called one customer care executive tell me that it will take time i asked hin to tok to senior she said that we are giving you gift voucher i asked that i want my money back or give me new phone they said we will talk to billing team and give you reply it will take 2 to 3 days and again its 7th day no call. I have no issue with amazon as the fraud is seller but amazon is prestige site but the response they are giving is not good.
