I purchased gordania bumber series men's slim fit zipper desgn jacket (Large) ₹2909 from amazon on 25/01/20118 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 30/01/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 723824. But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute file and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by branch also. Don't know what to do... So plz solve my problem... Dear sir, I have not recived my refund of rupees -2909 been processed on[protected]. From amazon.
