Amazon India — i am complaining about the refund which i have not received yet from amazon prime video. | |||
I was on 30 days free trail on amazon prime membership from[protected]. On[protected] they subscribed me into the yearly package of rs.999. I immediately requested for cancellation of the package. The package was cancelled but the amount did not get refunded into my canara bank account. When i complaint about the matter to the customer care service, they informed me that from their side the amount has been refunded and will be showing in my account within a few business days. Along-with that they have also send reference id code which shows that amount has been generated from their side but is not reflected into my bank account.
