Amazon India — items not delivered

I have placed order in amazon.in with tracking details below

Items were supposed to be delivered on 28th june. I didn't get the order delivered till now. When i checked the app it is written delivery attempted. But the delivery guy didn't even contact me. Also in tracking it is written address is incorrect whereas i have ordered items in same address before and got them delivered.
