Hello Team, hope you doing good ! But to be honest with you, I am not good at all. Being the largest online gian in online shopping with United States, the customer service is not even deal with the standards. In a second time in a row, I have received my Box empty. But this time, the story is quiet different. I have ordered Boss SoundTouch 20 series order #:[protected] 10 days back around. The order was delivered around 12 PM I guess and when I opened the item, two bricks were nice placed in it instead of music system. I have called then and there to Amazon and had a word with Grace from returnes & refunds team and she told me nothing to worry and this does happen sometimes. I have told her right there that this happened with me earlier as well and she asked me to wait. Since than, I have tried a lot to get in touch with Amazon's Grace and no one transferred my call to her and so far, i have called amazon for almost 25 times and they are just beating around the bush. Several life threatening emails has been sent to me that I have got lots of refunds from Amazon and they are going to deny this complaint of missing item (bricks sent to me). How the hell I have got of refunds when I have only 2 Accounts. One for me and another for my Mom. She oredred iphone cover which was shipped from US and it was also missing and that's why this refund was offered to me and when I have paid you guys around 28000 INR, you guys again played with me? On top of it, I had around 25 interactions with Amazon Supervisors and all of them never helped me. Instead they harassed me like anything and told "SIR YOU ALREADY GOT A REFUND OF BLOODY 400 DUE TO MISSING ITEM, HENCE YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND HENCE REFUND HAS BEEN DENIED". That was the exact wording of a Floor Supervisors when they spoke with me. Now, at the same time, I have received few emails from Account Services team of Amazon of having multiple Accounts and a threatening warning to close my Accounts. Now, when you have my 28000 rupees and you have sent me 2 bricks, you wanna close my account on what basis? I lived in a 3 storey bulding which is on rent and i don't know what other guys are doing. This does not mean at all that it was me who placed all the orders and returned them. You could have instructed your delivery person to stay there for a minute until I can close the box. That would be the great way to avoid such happenings with you and customer. I works with American Express and this news is already viral as i have told everything what Amazon did with me and if this email or complaint does not help me, I am all ready to spend another 10, 000 INR to file a legal complaint because... I am not going to pay you guys 28000 INR for two bricks and please keep in mind not to call me. I want all the communications to be done my email as i works in night shifts. So, kindly dont call me and I would greatly appreciate if you guys can approve or decline my refund. If declined, I will go ahead and file a legal complaint with local police. Regards Anuj

I NEED HELP - AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE. This is first time that I am facing such issue with Amazon, I have received missing product. Ordered w26+ smartwatch 1.75 inch #[protected] on 28-July-2021. Firstly I received different item, then I got it replaced, but second time I received empty box with only strips and not the watch. I told this to the delivery person but he was unable to help me, so I called customer care and had a word with the executive from Returns & Refunds team and he told me nothing to worry, they will raise investigation and asked me to wait for 5 days. Since then I am trying to call Amazon customer care, now they refuse to resolve my problem. I have called Amazon for almost 20 times and they are denying to resolve my issue. I would greatly appreciate if you guys reinvestigation and refund my money or replace my order.
