Amazon India — Money refund not done by amazon | |||||
On dated 23/01/2017 an order was being placed to the amazon product named "intex cloud Q11" and the payment was being made by me on the very same day by the debit card of punjab nation bank shahdara delhi 110032 amounting to RS 3125 and the order was being canceled by me at the time of ordering but they have not sent me the refund in my bank i have made them so many requests on the phone and they supplied the answer in the very set language that the refund has been sent to you on 23rd jan and and we are not responsible for it you can launch the complaint against us where as you like they are giving a reference no. again and again and asking us to go to bank with that reference no. and the punjab national bank denies that the reference no. has no value and we cannot do anything with that your account is perfectly fine and if the amount was being sent from amazon it has to be credited in your account they also say that the problem is from the amazon"s side only. amd when i told this to amazon they said we cant do anything in that and they just cut off the phone. kindly take strict actions against them and ask them to refund my amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
