Amazon India — Non delivery of product on time

I have place an order for one plus 3t (gun metal) from amazon.co.in dated 11th April 2017 with gurranty delivery from amazon by 13th april 2017.

Its being almost 6 day's my order has not been delivered to me. I have sent mutliple email and call on there support but no one respond to phone and call's.i suffered very much due to late

I have order by credit card for the order and still not heard anything from merchad. Please do the needful and help in getting my product
