Amazon India — non- receipt of cash back | |||
On 20.01.17 i purchased a mobile - samsung galaxy j2 6 4g duos sm-j210fzddins (Gold, 8gb) vide order no.[protected] where i was to receive 10% cashback on payment through sbi card. The same was done and i was informed that within 4-6 months the cashback amount will be credited to my account, but till date i am yet to receive the cashback. I have been continuously following up for the cashback on mail and phone but its of no use. I mailed to hardtrac_slp samsung authorized - amazon marketplace about the query but the reply was such as if i was speaking some french/spanish. Finally i got a number from the and the concerned person informed me that they cannot help me with this and i need to talk to amazon customer care. Then i contacted amazon customer care number at least 8-10 times but always either it was not available or it just gets disconnected saying you don't have any order. Just want to know when the same will get resolved and i will get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
