Amazon India — Not delivering the product, courier person ask to collect at near by area

Delivery boy ask me to collect my order at near by area. I asked him to deliver to my address, but he refused to do so. I was shocked to see mail as, product was refused at the time of delivery. (This is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID [protected], shipped via BLUEDART, has been refused on a delivery attempt.) Sir I am your regular customer.
