[Resolved] Amazon India — Not giving refund money | |||||
I did order a Nokia x2 duel sim flip cover but this one not right so I did call Amazon customer care but he is told me we don't have return facility so you do self return and you will send our parcel return then we will give your refund but before another rules delivery and return all facility will give company Amazon Will gives but now this company not agree any rules and not giving my refund and giving me warning if you will go any where police station, and consumer court then your parcel also not will take and not will get anything refund money so pal.
