Amazon India — Order not delivered in my giving address | |||||
Sir i ordered a product which is "lenovo zuk z1".. I ordered this product 3 times (1st 9th jun 2016 then 2nd was 23rd jun 2016 nd the 3rd was 30th jun 2016)..In every times i got the message that i recieve the product and every time this product return its self without my permission... This product cant reach i dont know why... I complain in coustomer care and its say me that this product is cancelled by seller they dont deliver that product to my giving address which is - "united bank of india, college street branch 90/7a m g road, kolkata-700073 Kolkata, west bengal 700073 India" And the seller was "cloudtail".. That seller deliver me the product in same address (Which is i mention you) my previous ordered products but this time why they don't delevered me the product...??? I complaint in customer care bt they dont solve this... I complaining you and i wish that you take the proper action about my problem... Thank you in advance.
