Amazon India — Order of One Plus 5 phone | |||||
I had ordered one plus 5 phone on thursday june 22 2017 through my citi bank credit card. My order was placed and i was expecting it to be delivered. Next day morning i got a message from amazon saying there was a problem with my payment and that i needed to make the payment again. I obliged paid again through the same card, post which i called the amazon customer care and got to know that my payment was approved by citi bank and the order will be delivered. On june 24, 2017 i get a message saying the order has been cancelled. As per citi bank they had confirmed the payment, however amazon never claimed for the payment. I called the customer care of amazon, the phone representative instead of trying to help me said it was not their fault. I spoke to multiple people, each giving me different reason on why the order was cancelled. I spoke to them for almost two hours with out any resolution. I was exhausted tired felt deceived and was left helpless by amazon. All i wanted to do was just buy a phone and paid for it, i was left feeling miserable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
