Amazon India — Ordered received, dead micromax phone | |||
Order#[protected] On 20th august ordered xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold, 32gb) paid through credit card, on 24th august i received the item, on dispatch note product details is correct but when i unbox the item i found a samsung keystone2 box and inside it i got dead micromax phone. Immediately i escalated this to amazon customer care and since then im chasing to take this item back and refund the money or provide the correct product which i ordered. They sending the courier boy but he is not accepting the item, saying he wants same product which is mentioned on dispatch note. From last 6 days the customer care keep promising me that they will accept the item and process the refund. Have already recorded all calls and emails communicated.
