Amazon India — product is already returned to amazon address but amazon refuse to refund the money

I ordered redmi y1 order no. Order no:[protected] but i got wrong product i returned it on provided address by dtdc courier tracking number is z56902699 product is already delivered so many days they people were saying we didn't get the confirmation from warehouse so wait for 5to7 working days now they are refusing to give the refund they are saying that product is returned to wrong address when i have all the details that product is returned to amazon warehouse also dtdc courier confirmed that address is darshita electronics
