I have purchased a mobile Xiaomi redmi note 3(Gold 16gb) from amazon order no:[protected] dt.27.4.2016 the above mentioned handset is having problem of not recognizing SD card and BSNL sim internet working. the following e-mail conversation is between me and amazon for your consideration Amazon.in To [protected]@yahoo.co.in 12 Aug at 10:53 AM Amazon Your Account Amazon.in Message From Customer Service Hello, I'm truly sorry to hear that your mobile is not working fine. In case the service center agent won't help you out, please provide the Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate issued by the manufacturer or the hand written letter so that we will forward it to our concerned team. I hope you understand our policies and limitation in this regard. Please feel free to contact us along with DOA letter. Again I’m really sorry that this happened.
